fake head feedback

After sharing my idea for the final brief, as detailed in a previous post, i received some very positive feedback and the idea was really liked by all the group. I discussed what i thought would be the most effective way of creating the head, it was eventually decided that chicken wire papermache would be the most effective solution as it enables more freedom for the shaping of the head. I did consider using a balloon method and popping the balloon and having a papermache kind of cast however the chicken wire approach seems more appropriate and sturdy for a head that people are going to be wearing.

The question was raised in the group crit of what format these images would be presented in, i had envisioned them being part of a zine however i'm aware that the deliverables of this brief are to be shown to future first year students, and for this reason i feel that having something that they can interact with and take away would be more effective.
I thought of the idea of presenting the images in a cheque book style, as the book/publication/zine  will be titled something along the lines of 'what not to spend your last tenner on' the format of this book adds to the humor, relates to the theme, and gives the option of students pulling out pages from the book like they would a real cheque book.

I drew up a quick poster to draw attention and get people involved with the project, i'm hoping for at lest 20 different participants.
