Above is the invitation design (left; front, right; back) with the information the group felt is appropriate positioned on it.
The text is a receipt like type style, with the information simply stating the date and location of the exhibition, along with the two logos which the venue requested to be added to all publicity materials.
The reason it was believed that this is the only necessary information is because other parts of the exhibition branding such as the flyers (below shows a flyer design by another group member, following the same kind of visual style as the invites) will provide further information.
After showing the invitation design to the group, one member suggested that the text should be more left aligned to tie in with the text layout of receipts like we've used throughout the branding.
I slightly adjusted the alignment of the text and presented it to the group and they were all happy with it.
