After receiving responses to the poster in a previous post, explaining my idea and asking for volunteers, 12 people volunteered to have photographs taken of themselves in the fake head in their bedrooms. I directed the models to act natural in their enviroment (which was sometimes difficult due to the over sized, dark head sitting on their shoulders) in an attempt to capture the individual, naturally, in their most personal space.
