initial idea developments (sb1)

I created an illustration using the shape of a love heart, this has been filled with illustrations of the different gender and sexuality symbols along with 'love is love' written within it; a saying used within the LQBTQ community.

I vectorised the illustration and added the rainbow tones of the gay pride flag.
Although i feel the idea behind the design is appropriate, it just doesn't work. i feel that i should experiment with a slightly different style of illustration; less structured and less repetitive
