Idea development - Jacket

Having looked at the work of Luke Drozd (pictured below) i began thinking of creating 3D pieces which can then be photographed on the North Street location where the first UFO society meeting took place. 

One idea was based upon the above image of Drozd's 'gang jacket' 

The concept behind the jacket was to create a design which looked like something a member of the society would of worn, with the society name written on the back. 

I wanted the jacket to appear very homemade and low budget so i could photograph it on a model in the location and it could appear that a member has made it in their own time. 

Below is the jacket, i chose illustrate the text on the back using black marker; a cheap and easily accessible item, the text is supposed to mimic the type of the 70's era with black being used to ensure visibility. 

As development continues, the jacket may be photographed on location along with other props based around the theme of aliens in a rather obvious sense, such as signs reading 'i want to believe', very obvious props so the meaning and the event are easily understood.
